Founded in 2008 by Anna Rahe, GST Body is a dynamic and growing company.  It currently operates a flagship studio in Los Angeles, studios in New York City and Long Beach, California.  The company’s focus is on raising awareness of GST and its physical, mental and spiritual benefits and teaching it to not only the general public, but also interested and dedicated fitness professionals as it expands its geographic scope.
