Stefanie Bernhard has been on the move her entire life. She studied horseback riding and ballet intensively before her movement appetite craved a veritable smorgasborg of different dance disciplines and somatic practices. Stefanie discovered GST® in 2006 while recovering from a stress related injury.  Not only did she recover in record time, she never stopped doing it and is more inspired than ever by the depth of the work.

Stefanie started working with Anna Rahe in San Francisco in 2004 and is now the Manager of GST Body LA, as well as one of the teachers in the training program.  Stefanie's classes draw on her eclectic dance background and focus on continuous movement and creatively choreographed sequences.

Anna Rahe is freakishly gifted at developing life-altering movement techniques and then teaching them to other people. Her creative choreography and specificity betray her background as an attention deficit jazz dancer—qualities that add interest and intensity to the GST® workout experience. Although she specializes in rehabilitation,Anna still knows how to give a killer class.

Passionate, capable, and just plain cool, Anna will take you to the next level and then way beyond.

If you've got it, Caroline Aizawa can stretch it, strengthen it, tone it, or meditate on it.  Having already acquired an obscene number of certifications in such diverse methods as massage therapy, Pilates, Gyrotonics, Gyrokinesis, and Hatha Yoga, Caroline will soon be a specialist in Integrated Flexibility turning people into Gumby.  As if all this wasn't enough, Caroline is a professional dancer and founding member of the dance company Tongue.

Voted by Hollywood Reporter as one of the top 20 luxuries that women in the entertainment industry can’t live without, Caroline is now expanding her many talents to include the phenomenal GST®.  Take class with Caroline because she knows way more than you.

After graduating with a B.A. in dance, Myara Sherwood did what every dance major does and became a Pilates teacher so she could actually buy food.  When she's not busy loving on her fiance and eating sushi, Myara capitalizes on her writing talents as a contributor to various health and lifestyle magazines.  Myara's love for modern dance makes her classes interesting, and her love for Alvin Ailey keeps them from being too freaky.

With a background in exercise science and spinal rehabilitation, this spunky funky Los Angeleno will challenge you without killing you--not all exercise professionals can make that promise!

Claire Morgasen is the closest you can come to an exercise superhero.  Raised a Taoist from birth, she's basically the Karate Kid--without the Karate.  Plus, she's hot.  And she's blond.  And she's strong.  And she used to be an Architect, which is just like Clark Kent being a journalist, only different. Before finding GST®, Claire played virtually every sport you can find on a letterman jacket--plus aqua aerobics.

Come to her class to have your butt kicked super-hero style.   When she's not completely transcending you in her brain, she'll use her powers to help you transcend your exercise woes.
